We are STGA trained and accredited Green Badge tourist guides for Orkney.

Terms & Conditions
Deposit and Payment Terms
- A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking.
- Full payment is due 30 days before the tour date.
- Payments can be made via bank transfer, debit and credit cards via Stripe or other agreed methods.
Cancellation Policy
- Deposits are refundable up to 28 days before the tour date, less any admission costs and Stripe processing fees.
- No refund if cancelled less than 28 days before the tour.
- 100% refundable if the tour is cancelled due to ferry cancellations/failures to dock, minus admission costs and Stripe processing fees.
Important Information for Guests
- Clothing: Please dress warmly in layers, bring a waterproof jacket, and wear sturdy, comfortable shoes.
- Luggage: Only one small rucksack or bag is allowed per guest due to limited storage space.
- Fitness and Mobility:
Guests must have reasonable mobility to access some sites.
Skara Brae offers electric buggies, but availability cannot be guaranteed.
Our vehicle is not wheelchair accessible.
